Offers the features that we needed
What do you like best?
The interface is constantly improving and the tool offers the features that we need to rollout a fairly complicated deployment of the application with our sales force (our customers) and with our subject matter experts (our responders).
What do you dislike?
There's a lot going on in the Project response screens and sometimes it's a bit confusing.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have a high volume of requests for assistance in answering RFPs which Qvidian allows us to finally handle with much less stress, and as importantly, we are able to measure KPIs much more readily, i.e. how many requests arrive, how big is the library, when are RFPs completed, etc.
