Time to make sales through ecommerce

What do you like best?

We were already users of Quickbooks for accounting. When we wanted to expand our business to include e-commerce, we came across Quickbooks commerce. Needless to say, the two communicate seamlessly with each other and allow for an unimpeded flow of work. With Quickbooks we are able to be present on all major ecommerce platforms. All the stocks are centrally monitored, so you can never go out of stock. This central management is the best. Then there are reports that can be customized so that you always have the right figures for the right work.

What do you dislike?

So far we have not found any inconvenience. But we are also still in the early stages. So far, however, the introduction and setup has gone without any problems. Perhaps Forecasting for seasonal products could be improved. We have imported some historical data, but this forecasts are not that reliable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Through Quickbooks Commerce we were able to emigrate on several ecommerce sites. Inventories are monitored centrally, so reorders can be placed based on reliable forecasts. Ordermanagement is also done through this software, so to have control over incoming and outgoing goods.
