What do you like best?
QuestionStar has a lot of layout options which are helpful and easy to use. It also has a professional mailing function which is great because it really comes in handy. Also, it is super convenient to use because it's extremely easy to guide your way through it.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes a while to load or refresh during the making of a survey and sometimes redo/undo buttons delay the result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are definitely much much more pros than cons! The cons are minor simple problems that may be fixed over time. But if anyone needs a platform to create and use questionnaires, QuestionStar is the right and affordable option, just some little issues that are totally fixable!

QuestionStar has impacted my work because it's easier to get everyone insight on different topics through the surveys. It is easy to create questionnaires and that helps save a lot of time and effort. I can only recommend this more and more to everyone since it's very friendly and helpful!
