What do you like best?
To begin, Quantcast is an absolutely amazing company. We leverage them in almost every media plan that includes display advertising because they are able to meet our KPIs, have great targeting, and have great customer success teams. They're easy to work with and provide the results we want. Their advertise platform has up to date data that's easy to understand, reports you can pull with ease, and a variety of options to help update campaigns.
What do you dislike?
There isn't much to dislike, but I wish that there was more of an ability to create custom reports or filter data with more detail. The basic information is great to make sure that everything is running smoothly, but it would be great to have a way to pull more granular data from the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend if you want to not only run solid display advertising but want to be able to report on users engagement through the funnel. Talk to them about fee structures ahead of time to make sure it works with your agency.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The look-a-like targeting is fabulous. They can work with some of our smaller budgets and the information their pixel picks up is invaluable.
