What do you like best?
While working with the tool, we liked how simple and complex it is at the same time. We were able to create simple, straightforward surveys and add complexity such as branching logic to them to increase our ability to go deep into the feedback when needed.
Not to mention the amazing question templates, AI-powered IBM Watson Sentiment Analysis, Advanced targeting based on users' actions, time, etc.
What do you dislike?
I believe the dashboard could use some updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is effective in what it does. You can remove the Qualaroo branding from the Nudge survey and add your logo and brand colors to match it with your brand image. Another sweet feature of the tool is its ability to handle multiple surveys at once without complicating anything.

While asking our customers about how they got to find out about us, whether they got what they were looking for, and more, we found a hidden gem in the feedback, we would never have guessed otherwise.
We explored multiple user personas that we thought were not on our target radar, but guess what? We were wrong. Now, with some effective marketing strategies, we are bringing those potential customers aboard.
