What do you like best?
Pusher is fairly straight forward to use. It handles scaling for you.
What do you dislike?
It's theoretically not as cheap as using websockets directly, but you'll probably save money in not having to manage it yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need real time synchronization between server and web clients or between different web clients, then pusher is great for you. They implement the hardware and manage the scale. You use an easy to understand api. Their uptime is amazing (I have never seen them go down).
