Using for email campaigns and Facebook Ads
What do you like best?
Talking to an account rep that wasn't trying to upsell some extra software or subscription we aren't looking for or going to use was so refreshing! We got right down to important business, which was defining our target customer. While we have done this exercise before, they took it to the next level and actually recommended less than what we originally asked for, and argued that we should start more narrow (which means less money for them), that's integrity!
What do you dislike?
I can't say one bad thing about our experience. They coached us on the data we needed, and what we got was exactly what we expected.

Read their website, it explains what they have to offer pretty well. Then sign up for an account and try a free sample to make sure they can hit your target like they did for us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We took our email campaigns from a one-size-fits-all approach to having 6-7 segments with different messaging and cadences. Our response rates went from 1-2% to around 8%. We've also been excited about using the data to match with Facebook custom audience tool, allowing us to show ads to exactly the proper audience rather than a wider demographic.
