What do you like best?

It does a good job at what it was built to do. No doubt about it, it is one of the most featured programs out there but their competitors are gaining ground quickly.

What do you dislike?

The customer service is woeful. Heaven forbid you question them or their very abrupt support department, particularly individuals. What they say is final and they kick you out for founded criticism. Their subscription system is expensive for what it is.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would check out the other programs available. Proselect is dated and a relic of the past.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is used for in person sales. There are no benefits over this title over their competitors. The software is dated and their development team slow and unenthusiastic.
