Best Property Management Software for the Canadian Market
What do you like best?
I especially like how easy it is to access information with this program. It is accessible from anywhere which is key for property managers. The online application process is great and I love how easy it is to convert to a lease. The automatic rent increase is great and I love how easy it is to create N4 notices. This program saves me so much time!
What do you dislike?
I wish the program was more customizable. Not all property managers are the same, more customization in the interface as well as reporting would be nice. There are also Certain things such as the quick time-out, missing filter options and some missing features like rent receipts that could be improved.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest benefit is the time saving. We do not utilize the online payment option and even without that it takes no time at all to enter in rent payments.
