Works great for property management

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to see a list of all current tenants in the rent roll list and easily sort by money owed, lease start date, apartment number, etc.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that it is a little time consuming to send resident letters and to save or pull up those letters again once sent.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to sync it with the system you use to accept online payments.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the problem of organizing all of our tenant information. It's beneficial to have that information in the same place.
