Proliant is a Great Payroll Provider!
What do you like best?
My favorite parts about Proliant's services are the ease of specialized reporting and the reliable and quick customer service. This product has been incredibly helpful and has offered more customizability over the product we were using previously. Being able to call someone whenever you need and knowing they will answer is an amazing level of customer service.
What do you dislike?
The only downsides about Proliant are that sometimes there are almost too many custom reporting options. The support team is always on hand to help you get whatever you need. There aren't too many downsides to Proliant, I only wish more of our clients would adopt the software.

Proliant is fantastic, and I highly recommend utilizing their product. Their team will listen to your every need and ensure you are always satisfied with their service.

Proliant helps me get the data I need in accessible and readable formats for all client and audit needs. The ease of specifying the payroll batches to our needs is phenomenal. Proliant also goes above and beyond to be sure their data can communicate with any other sytems we utuilize for accounting or for benefits. Communications between systems and Proliant run fantastically well, our customer service reps go above and beyond to ensure every time a client has needed to switch benefit providers that they have been with us every single step of the way. Anytome a mistake si made or an emergency payroll needs to run they are right there ready to help us in any way that can. You do not see that level of service from most companies!
