I have to vpn into use it and it's sluggish
Isn't really intuititive, especially for repetitive entries.
Would like to be able to customize the interface more.
can't be used on mac without an VPN workaround.
It's a steep learning curve to use it correctly.
i would shadow an existing user to help figure it out.
note that it doesn't work natively on Macs, you have to do a VPN work around.
