What do you like best?

First of all they have a great product. Secondly, when we started working with them they were not only excited to share their ideas they were excited to hear ours as well. Through collaboration of ideas, building us custom scorecards, and creating custom reports they have given us a product that is specific for our company's needs. They finished each request with eager excitement and impressive speed. I have really enjoyed working with each representative that I have met. I highly recommend Prodigal.

What do you dislike?

Like every computer program there were glitches every now and then but when they were brought up to Prodigal they were fixed very quickly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It's on the cutting edge and really fun to use.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were using two systems to score calls and now that we have the Prodigal voice analytics system and scorecards we have it all on one screen and all in one place which is much more efficient. Another benefit is being able to quickly pull wav files off of the website which has been useful for client requests and lightened the work for our IT staff.
