What do you like best?

It is cloud based, we have our field employees doing daily reports and time in the field. We estimate our jobs, then create the projects from the estimate and billed directly from the project. The third party tax software works very well for Quarter and end of your tax reports. Very good support through chatting. Has a lot of features if you spend time setting everything up. The reports are very good and user friendly to edit them.

What do you dislike?

It doesn't have a way to create a employee garnishments from payroll like all other programs we have used.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use all parts not just pieces.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Certified payroll. I have setup the fringe and the payroll and each week all we have to do is run the certified report and it is done.
