What do you like best?

Ease of implementation and info uploading through Excel. No training is required. Excellent support with fast problem solving. They follow up on the existing issues by e-mail and the chat transcript is always sent. They contacted me for new feature requirements and we had a very productive conversation.

What do you dislike?

Can't download the uploaded links. Some improvements are needed for rapid managing of dead links. Additional views could increase the quality and speed. Although the report is very informative, it is not much configurable online, so some additional work may be required in specific cases

Don't hesitate to contact their support right in the beginning. They are very helpful and will sincerely show you all the functional so you can decide whether or not the product is suitable for your needs.
