I great new idea for understanding organization's culture, and hiring right accordingly

What do you like best?

The customer service and support is awesome, with a team of highly qualified professionals, amongst whom we've interacted with two different PhD doctors who helped us understand how to define cultural prioirities and frameworks. They not only guided us through the entire process of setting up the framework, but helped us analyze the results as well.

What do you dislike?

Although it has a good set of reports, I would like it even more if there was an ability to create customized reports as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The idea that Priority Bridge works on is that the cultural fit of an employee with an employer is the key reason for that employee to give his best to the organization, and indeed to stay with that organization. By taking very easy inputs from the user, it provides visibility into this aspect of the employer/employee relationship, and hence provides the employer with an analysis of which employee or job candidate is the best fits within that organizations culture, and likely to stay for the long term, and provide his/her best output.
