Background screening is extremely important for daycares because you must be careful of who you hire. This allows you to put your parent/clients at ease that your workers are safe and professional.

What do you dislike?

It's expensive but it's at least reliable. Sometimes you have to pay more to get the results that you want. It's worth the money.
