Good software, poor support

What do you like best?

Interface is clean and works quickly. Also has integrations with other translation APIs such as Google Translate.

What do you dislike?

Support is really awful. Their support guy is the founder who is always trying to criticize you. He thinks that he is smarter than everyone else and makes sure that you fell awful about any questions.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be aware this is not an enterprise product. It's made for independent users (lacks support)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Translations from websites. Quicker than manual translations.
