Best FP&A for Xero inside Salesforce

What do you like best?

PlaceCPM really allows users to marry up their Salesforce data with accounting data to users a ver unique/insightful view of how a business is performing. I also really like how it allows us to forecast employees, manage their subscriptions and see the financial impact of these.

What do you dislike?

It can sometimes be a bit clunky with a lot of new objects and it can take a little while to get your head around. There needs to be work done on a knowledge base so that users can quickly reference how to fix errors and troubleshoot themselves.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have realised the value of having a single source of truth for accounting & sales data. While we hear the buzz phrase "360 customer view" it is a lot harder to achieve than some might think. Place CPM has really helped with us getting close to a customer 360 view of all our data.
