Lot of features for email automation and lead generation, but a few bugs
What do you like best?
Their Chrome extension - Luka does a fairly good job of identifying the correct email. They provide their own calendar link which works well when used in persist IQ emails. The emails sent from Persist IQ has better delivery rate when compared to other email automation tools. They have good options to personalize emails by customizing fields and even adding a required email to CC. The option to perform an A/B test and their suggestions for composing emails are also quite helpful - like the seven-second test.
What do you dislike?
The software has a fewof bugs. We faced issues with its integration with Salesforce CRM. The Luka extension constantly stopped working or had issues with the email credits. Its hassle to track regular emails (sent through Gmail) as I have to click the tracking button multiple times. Also, the persist IQ crome extension overlays itself with Gmail functions which make it harder to access certain Gmail functions when composing an email. The support from Persist team has not been great. Issues once reported might not get fixed for a while

Out of the above three functions - Persist IQ has been relatively free of issues for the third use-case Email automation for outbound leads. It has good features that allow is to customize the email as desired (as a sequence or as separate emails etc) but The Luka extension (which is required to identify leads for outbound) is moderately efficient at searching for emails. However, the extension is far too unreliable for day to day use
