Perceptyx rose up to meet the needs of my complex organization.

What do you like best?

The ease of use is the best thing I've heard feedback about. We have many users, and allowing them to get up to speed with a short video, or even without it, I am able to focus on the vision for our company's engagement strategy, rather than administrative tasks.

What do you dislike?

Action planning is not quite meeting the complex needs of our organization yet. There are opportunities to improve the filtering and viewing of these, as well as the customization of columns for better tracking by our leaders. Right now, this still feels like a very manual process to track from a company leadership standpoint.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Ensure your data files are clean and headed with clear titles. By understanding employee data files and user setup spreadsheets in advance, you will find administration to be much easier. Also, whitelist all URLs, including Action Plan resources, so you don't run into issues later.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our engagement survey has brought to light many easy fixes that we can improve within a matter of days, For for the complex issues, we are seeing trends that didn't seem to exist before (e.g., stressed employees are less likely to feel fairly paid or valued).
