What do you like best?

After careful screening, we chose Pepper Flow as our eReview & Approval system for promotional material nearly 2.5 years ago. From inception to date, we have been delighted with the platform, people, support, and keen customer-centric focus - a refreshing experience all around. Continuous improvement, in particular, listening to the customer, has allowed for enriching client-specific customization.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike here. There has been no time when we felt we made an incorrect decision with Pepper Flow. Few minor observations:

1) Build out Form FDA 2253 preparation and submission process

2) Improve and stream line tracking system for payments

3) From due diligence four years ago, it seemed that there was limited exposure to pharma clients

1) Enhanced process, cost, and time efficiencies

2) Improved Regulatory compliance and functional accountability

3) Version control and tracking

4) Auditable US Title 21 CFR-compliant platform
