Advanced user of Veeva Vault QMSMOst efficient reporting system and real-time build-in the workflow which can be customized as per the requirement of the sponsor. The Audit trail feature makes it easier to ensure the Quality process is maintained and followed as per SOP. Easy navigation within the system and an amazing vendor relationship. Reports are quite visual which makes them presentable. Their Flash report feature would generate a report and send it as per the team needs which can quarterly, bi-weekly.
Too many steps to get something in approval. This sometimes makes it very documentative and confusing rather than making it more simple.
The setup is tedious but it is necessary to ensure the sponsor requirements are met and understood to give what is expected. The milestones, forms are customized as per requirements. Workflows can be developed to make process and risk management easy.
Quality, time management, ensuring everything is at one location and inspection ready, a good collaborative tool where vendors, labs all can work into.
