especially after global pandemic, peoplise solves the issue of remote recruitment, no longer requiring candidates to go through series of interview at the company office. Candidates can easily apply even on smartphones. Plugin and IT processes are fast. Creating a job post and recruitment workflow takes a few minutes and due to automatic flow and filtering the only job left to recruiter is final evaluation, which results in reduction in time to hire. Love the KPI dashboard as well.
