PDF Forte

What do you like best?

It is a simple and free tool to convert PDF documents quickly, I can even convert AutoCAD drawings. I like it because PDF is a lightweight application that installs quickly, has an intuitive interface that any user can manage and understand. I find it very useful to also change document metadata such as the author and the title.

What do you dislike?

PDF Forte does not work very well when you have many files with the same name and convert it to PDF simultaneously, since there is a conflict.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If the workplace usually requires presenting a large number of documents of different formats in PDF format, PDF Forte can do so without problems. I recommend it only for these cases, since usually other tools such as Microsoft Word can also perform the conversion.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

PDF Forte has not presented almost inconvenient. The conversions are made without errors and the results I have obtained are good. It is common in my company to present PDF documents and thanks to this software I have achieved it without problems.
