Terrible service and poor software
What do you like best?
the job descriptions in the software are helpful when trying to match jobs that may not have a common title
What do you dislike?
The service. You call the mainline and are transferred to someone who works from home who cant help you and isn't allowed to transfer you to the right person, but they won't tell you who the right person is either. You are told to call the receptionist again, only to have the same thing happen over and over and over. My subscription, which is on auto-renewal, was canceled. Software is overpriced considering we need to use it about 2-3 times a year. It is not user-friendly. I don't think the data is correct. You can run the same report three times in a row and get three different pay scales each time. They are unable to offer a reason why they differ each time you pull the data, only a few seconds apart.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are trying to have accurate market data for different roles to ensure we are competitive, but I know we have not updated our pay rates in the system in five years. I imagine others are in the same boat, which makes the data unreliable.
