Best Option for Aviation Companies

What do you like best?

Payfactors has a Peer Network of over a dozen airline clients. This makes them hands-down the best source for compensation data on the aviation industry. Their system is also very easy-to-use and can supplement HRIS reporting and analytics with some great pre-built dashboards.

What do you dislike?

The general data is not necessarily as robust as we might like. We're looking at supplementing our data for non-aviation-specific jobs with surveys to round out our compensation analyses.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having solid, data-driven, objective benchmarks for compensation is crucial to any effective compensation plan at a company. Payfactors allows us to make compensation decisions based on factual information, not hypotheticals, wishful thinking, or unreliable sources.
