Paycor has everything we needed

What do you like best?

The integration of the full HR suite is wonderful. We can take a candidate through the hiring, onboarding, employee self-service, performance management, learning, benefits and now there are several new modules coming.

What do you dislike?

As Paycor grows it's business the timeliness of their customer support has been slow. Our account rep and sales rep along with several specialists have been awesome to work with though.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Paycor meets so many of the needs of my institution. No system is perfect and we have had to evaluate our internal process and make changes. Our HR and Payroll team has been very satisfied. I was not a part of the original role out so my recommendation to new leaders is to use the training resources, utilize your account rep for connecting to specialists, and make sure you involve members of the business like supervisors and employees to champion the change.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The amount of paper processes I inherited in this role was staggering. We now have automated onboarding and benefit enrollment and soon will implement the recruiting and learning modules.
