Advanced user of TimeWorksPlusI like being able to easily check my current hours worked per pay period, when the pay period ends, as well as the other basic time management information that the app provides.
I wish that it would show the amount of hours worked in previous pay periods. It only shows clock in and clock out times, therefore to find your paid hours per pay period you have to add them up manually. Not a major issue, but one that would be relatively easy to implement.
Our company set employees up through a separate service called 'ESGHR'. This was tied into setting up TimeWorksPlus, therefore be aware that it might not be as simple as installing an app. I had to make an account for ESGHR and TimeWorks, despite them being linked.
Allows employees to easily check their current hours worked, what times they clocked in and out, and allows management to also keep an eye on employee hours. For full time employees, it also allows them to check their accrued time off and request said time off.
