What do you like best?
Partnered elegantly drops into existing sales processes giving partner leaders/managers instant capabilities while making it dead simple bring sales reps into the workflow. The process for sales reps is simple to explain and reinforce because it keeps them in Slack with intuitive UI. For the partnering team you have a workable queue that prioritizes high value work and integrates with Salesforce to tie into existing attribution models and reporting. Their team is responsive, seeks a deep understanding of your needs, and makes it feel like a genuine partnership.
What do you dislike?
Bringing some additional reporting into Partnered would be a great addition. I would also like to manage manual account lists natively within the platform versus importing updates.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Partnered solves 1) Automated workflow to start, track, prioritize, and disposition all partnering activities, 2) Attribution modeling for decision-making and compensation, 3) Account mapping to highlight partnering opportunities.
Our benefits are a huge efficiently lift to ditch the ad hoc spreadsheets. We also have a much more accurate window into our partnering activities and how/where they drive outcomes.
