Parrot Predictive Dialer (Not for everyone)

What do you like best?

It was pretty easy to use Once I was taught. It does need room for improvement

What do you dislike?

Nearly everything! I disliked parrot dialer bc of the almost constant need to reestablish a login

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I Would suggest improvement on support and the login issues!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I had to be reassigned a new login almost every shift
