What do you like best?

How easy it was to order transcripts in their system. It was point and click.

What do you dislike?

Their delivery times are inaccurate. I was told that it would take 2-5 days, however it has now been two weeks, and my documents have not arrived. The customer service response time is also terrible.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would be wary. The delivery times they advertise are not very accurate, and their customer service is not easily accessible or reliable.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My transcript still has not arrived, and the customer service took 2 weeks to get back to me despite multiple attempts to contact. One of the issues is that parchment does not have a contact phone number, and does not check their email very frequently. This is troubling especially with time-sensitive documents
