Advanced user of OnCourse SISAs a teacher, I love using OnCourse as an all-in-one platform for my lesson plans and evaluations. It's streamlined in that I can review my pre-observation questions, submit responses and view feedback all in one platform while also viewing and editing my plans. When it comes to lesson planning, I use the "unit plan" feature quite often where I can tag lessons multiple times and refer to previous plans. I share my plans via "Sharing" often and it's helpful. I don't find myself using the "bump plans" feature all that often, but I like knowing I could if I had to.
I don't love that you cannot access your pre- observation or post-observations questions after they're submitted. There should be a feature in which people can do a joined editing process (sort of like a Google Doc feature).
My colleagues and I are solving the problem of co-planning because we can collaborate on lesson plans without using our prep time to do so.
