Pana turns making travel arrangements from a tedious experience to a white glove experience.

What do you like best?

The ease of initiating the candidate's arrangements, the user-friendly interface, the candidate's 24/7 access to a real person (not me!) during their travel, and the metrics they provide for analysis.

What do you dislike?

On rare occasions, the best flights for the candidate aren't given as an option.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Pana allows me more time to do my job as a recruiter while providing a much better candidate experience for travel.
