What do you like best?

Easy to use CRM that was highly customised for our business workflow.

The team was committed, eye for detail, Super fast response time, best in the trade!

The end to end CRM solution was delivered to our team in record time which significantly saved us lot of time and costs of implementing the systems at Senocare.

What do you dislike?

Orgzit has a very easy to us mobile app for our operations and sales users but Orgzit does not have a customer facing app.

Orgzit offers the most flexible CRM for end to end customer relationship tracking and management. The features compare to other enterprise software such as Salesforce but at a fraction of the cost and time to implement the system.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Orgzit has provided us a complete CRM system for our elderly home care solutions work. We are able to track our inquiries from different sources, list of our existing and previous members, the service packages that the members had subscribed. The best part is we are able to track all service requests provided to the members and allocate it to our country wide network of vendors.

All our customer relationship is tracked on a single system which has eased the day to day operations, leaving us with time to grow the business.
