OrgChartPlus is a natively built Salesforce application. With quick and easy installation, the plug and play app creates org charts to visualise your customer organisations, profile contacts, target stakeholders and align the right people in your business with theirs.

With full integration, changes made to contacts within OrgChartPlus are automatically updated in Salesforce and vice versa. Charts can be exported and shared using a number of different means and applications; Print, PNG, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Through parameterisation, OCP can be tailored to fit your world. Whether it’s the methodology, terminology, images, fields or permissions, our experienced team of technical consultants are on hand to ensure OCP works for you.

Our specifically designed dashboards and reports give the business line of sight into accounts, relationships and application adoption. Premium tool - ask about customisation

What do you like best?

Easy drag and drop tool. Once we asked about customisation, and clarified the flexibility of the tool to write data to our CRM system, it really opened up avenues we had not been able to consider before - or we weren't able to previously find a solution too. OCP is a great tool and I would advocate it.

The ability to integrate competitors, colleagues, and contacts from other accounts, is a great addition that accommodates the reality of relationships. The team were really supportive and did a great job of implementation and also the customisation that we asked them to do.

What do you dislike?

Reporting on the social relationship lines is currently an issue, but we know this is part of the development roadmap the the benefits we currently get out of OCP far outway the things that are currently in development.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is an amazing gem, hard to find but once you have, you will ask yourself what you were doing before you found OCP! Make sure you ask about customisation and writing data back to contact profiles. The tool can be so much more if you ask the right questions!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Mapping organisations, creating rich, colourful and diverse stakeholder maps and org charts; whilst profiling customers with actions that can write back data directly against the contact's profile. This tool provides an easy way to "extract knowledge", from our staff and ultimately turn it in to intellectual property.
