Advanced user of Organiseme – Task Management for G SuiteIt is very easy to use, it really connects seamlessly to your GSuite applications and has a look an feel similar to Google's. This tool does exactly as expected. Great to keep tasks for working porpuses and collaborate easily with others. It does not have too many tutorials although it is very simple forward to use. It sometimes receives updates or new features although I have found these benefits to be decreasing lately.
It has some more options than Google's Keep but it still needs you to go to the service, app and site to use it. You cannot go to the application from Google's menu. It can also lack on some features like putting a date on a specific task or merge or divide tasks in a "project management" way but sometimes less is more.
This tool is great for small teams and to organize your tasks. If you are thinking on deploying with a big team or company, there are some other alternatives that can help you. It integrates seamlessly with GSuite applications but you can also use it without having Google Apps.
Keeping lists for To Do's. With the new Board view (canvas style), it can help you do pretty much everything. The application is intuitive and it also has lots of features that can help you organize and plan activities for your own or with your team.
