Advanced user of Oracle IoT Connected Worker CloudWhen researching an account, I loved that Oracle kept track of every single transaction. The very detailed reports allowed me to better understand my accounts, generate reports based on my needs, and help customers address issues. I really liked that our sales order was generated directly from Oracle. This allowed me to close deals in a timely fashion with the client next to me.
Like any software, sometimes there would be glitches in the middle of completing a sales order and I would need to start the process over again. I did have to call customer support a few times, but always had a good experience when doing so.
I liked being able to access it wherever I was, whenever I needed to. I would even generate reports that would help me plan out my driving routes each day, so I would maximize my time.
