Advanced user of Oracle CRM On DemandThe best part of CRMoD is the ability to categorize the type of case the agent/technician deals with and it also helps to sub categorize those events which helps a great deal for future reference.
It would be amazing if CRMoD could also close duplicate case which a certain customers has under a different service request number as well.
