A great tool to allow documentation of cases encountered for Customer Care/Technical support agents

What do you like best?

The best part of CRMoD is the ability to categorize the type of case the agent/technician deals with and it also helps to sub categorize those events which helps a great deal for future reference.

What do you dislike?

It would be amazing if CRMoD could also close duplicate case which a certain customers has under a different service request number as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Oracle CRMoD to document case which customers face. The main benefits are the ability to categorize those issues systematically so they could be used for further investigation.
