What do you like best?

I like the best is Oracle ERB the multitasks that it provides for big business, its centralized database. i used Oracle in my work as a financial analyst, and it was a great benefit to be able to extract, download any report instantly from the system.

What do you dislike?

I really like the idea behind Oracle as an ERP but i have to say that its interface is hard to navigate and change windows of tasks and responsibilities, you need always to login and logout to do different tasks while it is possible in other software to access many responsibilities at once. I also faced problems in sending automated dunning letter for my customers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend but Oracle should conduct fast and efficient update on its products in order to stay in the competition.

Invoice printing, statement of account, dunning letters, and many other accounting related tasks.
