A very powerful ecommerce platform

What do you like best?

It allows a great personalization of the store since it uses technologies such as Knockout, RequireJS and LESS, if we combine this with the modularity that the platform possesses, we find a fairly powerful formula for your ecommerce.

They have great technical support through chat, although it takes a few days to respond, but they even call you and have video calls with you.

It has a good webhook service that allows you to easily integrate with other platforms such as ERP or Google Shopping, allows you to manage multiple stores at the same time in different currencies and in different languages, catalog management is easy and allows you to upload your entire catalog by API or by templates in xls.

What do you dislike?

One of the biggest problems that the platform has is that the documentation is too much and it is not correctly classified making it take hours to find the solution to a problem, you always have the support by chat, but usually they direct it to the documentation which is very confusing.

When you want to create a component from 0 it is quite difficult since the languages are technologies a little old and the platform does not have a large community that supports it, you usually find people who help you from India or USA but you do not always have easy to access forums

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Before entering the platform, it should be borne in mind that it is an expensive abstant platform and that, in addition to services that charge outside the box, it requires a high time for the development of it, but it has many widgets per defetcto that can be customize only styles, colors and fonts, however there is a very generic and user-friendly store

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With my team we have developed a large store that has thousands of products and several vendors in the same e-commerce allowing the integration of the platform with several ERPS at the same time.

This store has two different frontends one for B2C customer and one for B2B customers, in which they can only buy authorized people but at the same time they get great discounts since it is sold in bulk, it has a great integration of customer, addresses and orders, in part B2C it is a normal ecommerce although it has a great catalog integration
