What do you like best?
MyCommerce is stable and very intuitive as a platform. Their support team is quite competent with swift responses and helpful solutions to any inquiries. They have automatic payments that are made quickly without having to wait around or contacting their team for any issues. You can get reports of how your sales are doing to have a better understanding of your customer needs. MyCommerce is globally available and they handle currency conversions and taxes themselves efficiently.
What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything to dislike in MyCommerce.

Digital River products have been excellent and MyCommerce didn't turn out to be an exception. It's been of incredible help to us at my company and I recommend it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We need a solution for handling payments from our customers and MyCommerce ended up being what we needed. Our company is in India and we needed a convenient method to push our sales to other parts of the world. With MyCommerce, payments weren't an issue on either ends as it handled the currency conversions at a lower rate than PayPal. The benefit is that the payouts are done quickly and easily, and our payments are received without much delay. This is very convenient for us as we've had slower payout rates from other platforms.
