The best marketing platform for automations

What do you like best?

User-friendly software offering huge potential for sophisticated campaign automations. The core of the segmentation model is the Lifecycle segmentation which forms a solid base upon which more granular groups can be created using the various attributes available through the platform. Perfect for medium to larger organisations. Works seamlessly with a number of email and SMS providers. Excellent customer support and proactive assistance from the Account Managers. Great dashboards and reporting capabilities and a lot of insight gained through the platform's Segmentation Explorer.

What do you dislike?

The Journey creator can be improved with the introduction of a lifelong control group, to allow the cross comparison between different journeys. Also, insights gained through Optibot's recommendations can be further improved to become more tailored to Gaming or Retail, depending in which industry the operator belongs to.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have stopped using lists for sendouts. Downloading lists and then importing them in the email platform can be extremely time consuming and it can increase the likelyhood of human error. With Optimove we were able to set up various automated and highly personalised campaigns and customer journeys, recurring daily, weekly or monthly. In addition, Optimove has a great customer data section which can be used to explore different segmentation options, compare groups or check customer migrations between the various lifecycle segments at a certain moment in time. All customer attributes available in the system are exportable, which comes in very handy in cases where we need bespoke reports.
