What do you like best?

From my own experience using the platform, I can say that I am totally fascinated by the way everything is organized, I think it is very easy to use and it makes the experience quite intuitive, it does not take an expert to use this tool correctly.

You do not have to be a web developer or know languages ​​like HTML to give the structure to the information really is a plus point since other tools require someone who knows at least a little web development.

I can easily link my files or Sharepoint documents.

It offers document management functions that are very useful to have an effective control of the information that passes through our hands.

What do you dislike?

The functions to manage permissions and access to the information are a bit confusing and a bit difficult to understand how they really work.

The search function is not as prescient as expected, looking for a simple file can be a difficult task (should not) but they continuously improve this function still need to improve.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

An ideal ECM solution when you do not have an expert team in web development or technology really anyone with basic notions or experience in tools like Wrod can use this platform without any problem in addition the price is quite reasonable for all the features it offers.

When we used Open Text for the first time we needed a tool for document management in an effective and fast way, my work team handles a large amount of documents and information and managing all of these effectively was a challenge. Open Text has been a very good solution for my company has allowed me to manage and store documents through a very easy to use platform that even a person not expert in technology can use in addition the process of adaptation has been very easy for each of my workers.
