What do you like best?

The forms can be made in any kind, from simple templates made fast to incredible hard worked ones with even their own CSS styles on it. It has validation in the form of captcha to prevent an auto fill that could be a problem when you need reliabe data, multi access for different people in order to keep in check the final product

What do you dislike?

The price for the basic version is quite nice monthly, however if by any chance you need a big ammount of data to be collected from a bigger client, it could present a problem has the price goes significantly up and becomes harder to pay back that money

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Take in consideration that OpenForms gives way more options to work with that some free options out in the market. However, if you handle a small team or you're the only one in charge of the forms, you could go easy with the basic pack and you won't have a problem at all. If you need to give multiple members controls of the form, a basic pack will be limited to a few people only so pick a higher priced pack in order to do so.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Data recolection about the product in the QA and development phases, when working with large clients or making a job as a 3rd party, sometimes the data gathering can become a problem for the leader of the team, making OpenForms a quick way to gather data and analyze to contrast with the lead team and the client directly
