What do you like best?

Onyx is a very easy to use software. It has simple layouts. It helps to connect with the clients in a very efficient and dedicated way. All the customer information is kept at the homepage. It basically allows your tasks to revolve around your customer's needs. It provides and easy link access for the history of the client as well. It gives a better insight in dealing with the clients. It is very helpful in manufacturing and distribution management. It makes production processes a lot easier. It provides various tools that allows you to make print materials. It is also very easy to search people through onyx. It also manages the members information very efficiently. It allows active creating and assigning of tasks among the members as well as across your departments. Customized dashboard that allows users to sort multiple datasets. The system is very flexible. It has system specific versions available so you don't have to worry about the version which you use on your device. It has a very clean and easy design. Features does not overwhelm the system.

What do you dislike?

The interface should be made intuitive. It requires learning. Training process is also lengthy. The system crashes sometimes. Integration with other apps should be improved. It becomes difficult at times. Browser compatibility should be kept up to date.
