What do you like best?

Ontic provides all of the tools a protective intelligence team needs under one roof. More specifically, it allows for fast and effective collaboration within the team. Ontic also provides a level of customization that has greatly enhanced our user experience.

What do you dislike?

The quality of raw intelligence signals being provided could use improvement to aid in ongoing assessments. Additionally, the presentation of signals and its relation to other pieces of intelligence could be improved upon.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to manage information related to threat actors in a much faster and more efficient way. This has lead to a greater ability to mitigate potential threats. We have also benefited from having social intelligence signals present in the same space that we are managing our threat actors.
