Solved a Remote Mentoring Need for Our Staff
What do you like best?
The Cases feature allows us to segment our mentoring needs in a clean and usable way. Our mentors log in and can find videos and start coaching seamlessly.
What do you dislike?
We're not the handiest folks so the actual installation of cameras was our biggest bottleneck. To get to the point where we could use Spot, we had to schedule a contractor to come in and wire up our coaching cameras. That made access to getting started more difficult.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have senior staff that are not located near junior staff. They often work out of different buildings that are far away. By using Spot, our junior staff can record their work and have the remote, senior staff provide quality control and coaching. This has enabled us to get more knowledge transfer out of our most experienced staff.
