What do you like best?

The ability to do track multiple areas at once and provide information in one place

What do you dislike?

I think there could be more in-depth training when first getting started with the software. That could be more of company issue, I am not sure. My training consisted of watching the tutorial videos in the help section but the videos are not all-inclusive. Sometimes I would run into issues and would not be able to resolve them without calling TechSupport. It would turn out to be something fairly easy but the lack of training on the program would at times get frustrating.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It provides the ability to track duty hours to comply with ACGME standards and also provide information to the residents for conferences. I was able to use one45 to track conference attendance which was an issue in the past. One45 provided a more uniform way to track and run reports on conference attendance. I could provide my PD with the report and see exactly what conferences an individual attended and if the absence was excused or not. It also had reports to give percentages.
